When I had long hair I never dared wear anything to pink in fear of looking like a barbie wanna be! Plus, in all honesty, pink doesn't really suit my vibe; I've always been more of a biker boots and leather trousers, or jeans and a white shirt kinda girl. However, since chopping my hair off and starting a place in the sun I've felt like it's ok for me to be a bit more girly and a pop of colour always looks great on camera. This dress was an impromptu ASOS buy and I teamed it up with some kurt Geiger wedges which by the way are insanely comfy and go with everything!
Apart from the dodgy tan lines on my arms I loved this cute number, and I could eat as much lunch as I wanted without worrying about lunch time bloat showing up on camera (which was perfect considering I had pizza for lunch three of the five days we were shooting!)
On our final day filming I went for a silky top shop dress and Kurt Geiger sandals, teamed with a few little delicate pieces of jewellery I picked up while in Spain, the daintier the better if you ask me!
The top shop dress isn't current I'm afraid, I bought it at the end of last summer in the Putney outlet for £10, who doesn't bloody love a bargain! It was two sizes to big but had a waist tie which made it work, if I find something I like and it's not in my size I'll always try my luck with a size up or down, just in case I can make it work!
I loved this relaxed, casual look, shame about those dodgy tan lines from earlier in the week! xx
